How long will it take to get my order?
The answer to this depends on a number of factors: 1) where you are in Canada, 2) which shipping method was selected, 3) which products are ordered, 4) where the items are being supplied from, 5) and finally how long it takes to create/fulfill the order as many products are crafted to order.
Canada: Orders fulfilled within Canada include all of our roasted coffee and will on average take 2-8 business days to arrive. Depending on weekends and holidays, there is usually a 1-3 day processing time for roasting coffee.
USA: Most print products ship from the United States. Our US suppliers fast turnaround times, but it can take anywhere from 2-15 days for the shipment to arrive after the products have been printed/created.
China: Products arriving from oversea suppliers like China can take anywhere from 15-30 days. Delivery updates along with any tracking will be provided via email.
Other Factors Of Note:
There may be additional delays at customs which are outside of the supplier, shipping carrier and nine05 coffees control. Import duties may be sustained from internationally fulfilled orders. The cost of these duties are incurred at the expense of the customer.
What shipping carriers do you use?
For coffee orders within Canada we ship with Canada Post. For orders from international suppliers we use a combination of major carriers and local courier partners to help get orders to you as fast as possible while keeping the cost down for you as well.
Can I pick up in-store?
We offer free in-store pickup for roasted coffee orders only. Pick up will be in Pickering, Ontario. We will contact you once the coffee is roasted to schedule a date and time for pick up. Please do not arrive before arrangements have been made as the order may not be ready for pick up as each coffee purchase is crafted to order.
Can I return my product?
Some products are able to be returned. We have a return policy here that goes into the finer details. However, if you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Can I get my product personalized?
It depends on the product, but aim for make sure our customers love our products and are open to custom product ideas you may have. Currently all coffee roasts can have their labels customized and we are looking to expand customizations to other product lines as well. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
What certifications do the coffees have?
Each farm or cooperative we have chosen to partner with is certified fair trade and organic. Many also have amazing programs in place to build up their communities, empower women, and lift up the next generation through improving education.
